If you received a flaw bag or a wrong order
At Informal Bag, we want to ensure that each bag we deliver has been carefully quality-checked. In the rare case that a defect slips by us, we're more than happy to send you a replacement bag right away. Please send us a message with a picture of proof to Instagram: informalbag.store or email informal.bag, and we'll arrange to send you a new bag , free of charge.
In case of a change of mind
If the bag you purchased via any of our online channels, and you happen to change your mind in any case. We’re happy to exchange for you within 7 days with the unused condition, however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of both ways.
